Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using TrackMyTickets.

Effective Date: April 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrackMyTickets ("the Service"), operated by TrackMyTickets ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including organization administrators, agents, managers, and end-users.

2. Description of Service

TrackMyTickets is a multi-tenant SaaS ticket management platform that provides:

  • Support ticket creation, tracking, and management
  • Role-based access control (Admin, Manager, Agent)
  • Department-based ticket routing and assignment
  • Real-time analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Email notifications and integrations
  • Knowledge base management
  • External database connectivity

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Organization Accounts

To use the Service, an organization must be registered. The person registering the organization becomes the initial administrator and is responsible for managing users and settings.

3.2 User Accounts

  • User accounts are created by organization administrators
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person may have accounts in multiple organizations

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We implement industry-standard security measures including JWT authentication, rate limiting, and encryption, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Exceed the usage limits associated with your organization's plan

5. Data Ownership

5.1 Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or submit through the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data.

5.2 License Grant

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 Data Isolation

Each organization's data is isolated in a dedicated database environment. We implement strict access controls to prevent unauthorized cross-tenant data access.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Unplanned outages or technical issues
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to factors beyond our control

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. Organization administrators may request account deletion by contacting us at support@luminoai.online.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackMyTickets from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
